Membership

  • As a member of The Co-Co, you have access to many benefits and perks. All members enjoy:

    • Free access to Co-Co events (virtual and live) and member exclusives

    Community members always have access to the space. It’s free of charge for up to 2 hours a day. If you need to work longer, it’s easy to purchase a day pass for $39.

    Term Options
    All membership plans are month-to-month. You’ll be charged your monthly membership rate automatically each month. Memberships automatically renew until terminated.

  • The Co-Co Team partners with each member so you get the most out of your experience. When you join, you will have a 30-minute consultation with a Co-Co team member. We'll connect around your goals and your passions. We'll explore what you'd like to learn and what you feel passionate about sharing with others. We’ll curate thoughtful connections with other community members. And we'll begin to discover together how The Co-Co might inspire and support your journey.

  • The Co-Co community is accessible wherever you are. Use The Co-Co app to sign up for events; reserve a desk, conference room, or team room; and book phone booth time. Learn more about fellow members in the directory. Post about events and share information about your business in the feed. You can also use the app to send us feedback or check your account information.

  • The Co-Co is here to help you fuel your business growth, connect with new clients, and spread the word about your amazing work!

    Tell us all about you and what you do! Share your story and be featured in our Member Spotlight, which gets included in our weekly newsletter, website, and social media. (form) You can also promote your business on the Meet Our Members page on our website.

    Are you making a positive impact in your community through a nonprofit? We want to hear about it! Share your organization's story in the Nonprofit Partners page on our website.  (form)

    Do you have expert insights, inspirational thoughts, or skills to share?

    Join or lead one of our Special Interest Groups like the Marketing Group, Finance Group, Nonprofit Group, or Book Club, and build a community around it with other Co-Co members. Host an event in The Co-Co space at a discounted member rate. Share your services with other members during our monthly Coffee & Connect. If you have physical products or offerings, contact team@theco-co.com to schedule a product showcase.

  • Can I bring colleagues and friends to The Co-Co for a meeting?

    Absolutely!  We want The Co-Co to be your home away from home. Your guests, clients, and friends are welcome. Guests may join you for a meeting in the coworking space for up to 2 hours. You may also have guests with you free of charge for the duration of your Conference Room rental. All visitors must sign in with the front desk.  If your guest is joining you for the day, a day pass may be purchased for $39/day.

    Can I host a large meeting or event at The Co-Co?

    Yes, we welcome groups to use our beautiful space for events, gatherings, and meetings weekdays, evenings, and weekends.  Members have access to discounted pricing to rent the Conference Room or the entire space after hours.  Email team@theco-co.com for more details.

  • How do conference room reservations work?

    All Access Members may book the Conference Room on The Co-Co app for up to 4 hours a day.  For all other members, we have 3 conference room options in our Summit and Florham Park locations. We ask members to please reserve only the time they need to ensure access to the Conference Room for all.  Please see a team member or email team@theco-co.com for reservations.

  • Is there an option to purchase mail services for an additional fee?

    Coworking members may add mail services to their contract for $35/month.

  • Can I reserve a phone booth?

    Access to the two phone booths at The Co-Co Summit is included in your membership. Members may reserve a phone booth for up to 1-2 hours a day (depending on membership level).

    In addition to phone booths, both locations offer privacy lounge chairs and other spots to make a private call.

  • Memberships to The Co-Co automatically renew.

    To upgrade your membership at any time, please email team@theco-co.com.

    To downgrade or cancel your membership at the end of your contract term (monthly or annual), please reach out to team@theco-co.com. A 30-day notice is required.

General Info

  • In Summit, there are a number of parking options, including a parking garage directly behind our space. Coworking members have access to Summit Downtown Employee Parking ($4/day + plus annual parking permit fee).

    Download the ParkMobile app for easy parking payment in Summit lots and meters.

    Parking in Florham Park is free.

  • The Co-Co is open 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are interested in renting The Co-Co space after hours or on a weekend, email us at team@theco-co.com.

  • The Co-Co will be closed to observe the following holidays: 

    Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday + Friday), and December 23-January 2.

    In addition to the days mentioned above, the building located at 23 Vreeland Road in Florham Park will be closed on the following holidays: 

    New Year’s Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
