Ariana Rodriguez

I'm originally from Queens, but I've moved around a bit between New Jersey and New York, and now I'm settled in Bergen County.

My career started in education, but I quickly shifted to operations and administration. I spent nearly a decade at a major NYC healthcare center, where I worked on tech innovations to streamline processes for customers and staff. After that, I launched my own company to help small businesses grow sustainably.

On top of all that, I’m also a mom of two.

At AR & Company, we specialize in crafting strategies that are tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. Our approach is simple: we listen to your goals, understand your challenges, and then develop solutions that are uniquely yours. Whether you're just starting out or looking to scale, our team is dedicated to ensuring that the strategies we provide aren't just effective, but also truly reflect the individuality of your business.

We recognize that no two businesses are alike, even if they operate in the same industry. That’s why we go beyond one-size-fits-all solutions. From customized marketing plans to bespoke operational systems, every aspect of our service is designed to enhance your specific business model and accelerate your growth.

With AR & Company, you're not just getting a consultant; you're getting a partner who's committed to your success. We bring innovative ideas and actionable strategies that are tailored to help you not only meet but exceed your business aspirations. Let us help you navigate the complexities of business management with solutions that are as unique as your vision.

I heard about the Co-Co from friends. I wanted to join a co-working space that offered more than just a chair and desk. I wanted community. In the short time I have been a member, I have been able to attend great sessions and make amazing connections.
